FOR VOLUNTEERS
work4u supports young refugees from Ukraine in arriving in Germany and building a self-determined perspective. JOBLINGE has many years of expertise in successfully integrating young people with a refugee background into the German labor market. Volunteers are regularly involved to support the young people on their journey in the form of a tandem. The support can take place digitally or on site as contact persons and confidants to provide the young people with advice and assistance.
Would you also like to help young refugees from Ukraine on their way into German society and into employment? Then register using the form below. work4u will prepare you for your role in a detailed onboarding session and support you during your assignment with various exchange and support services - such as our regular consultation hours and further training. You do not need to have any previous experience or specific skills. In some cases, basic knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian may be an advantage.
